Having spent much of the past decade leading growth strategy, brand and innovation projects for blue chip clients, Charlie has experience creating and implementing ambitious strategies for the likes of Visa, O2, M&S, McDonald's, Jaguar Land Rover, and Audi. Charlie is a specialist in customer-centric strategy and an associate of Growth Agenda.
With over 20 years of professional experience developing people and teams in a variety of commercial, operational and leadership roles across a wide range of countries and cultures, Katie now provides facilitation, mentoring and coaching for business performance and effectiveness.
With 30 years' business experience with Shell, Dave is a founder member of both Sensemaking and The Growth Agenda. Dave was co-editor of Growth Champions and a part of the Future Agenda project team.
